In the fall of 2024, POM ACO and its QRO partners, hosted a virtual-live course, “Value-Based Care Essentials: The Role of ACOs,” which was designed for Providers, Nurses, Social Workers, and any other clinical and operations staff working with Medicare Beneficiaries who wanted to gain a comprehensive understanding of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), their functions, and the importance of healthcare providers in ensuring high quality of care. The course encompassed the four sessions below, each lasting around two hours, covering essential topics related to ACOs, including MSSP overview, coding, documentation, care management, and quality measures
The course is now available as an on-demand option for anyone who would like to watch the videos at their own pace. You can earn 1.75 CE credits for each session by completing an attestation and evaluation, after which you’ll be able to download your certificate.

Complete evaluation, which is required to print a certificate and add this credit to your transcript.
